Welcome to my site!
The first thing I would like to tell you is that everything on this site has been made in my home, by me personally, or by my daughter Cara, who I am hoping will have more of her items to offer in the near future. She is a fantastic knitter and although her time is taken up as a swim coach and online student, she does spend some of her “down time” with her needles and sewing machine.
Now, I would like to introduce myself. I have been sewing, knitting, crocheting, and quilting for quite some time. I was raised in a small town, then a farm in Manitoba, married a military man, had three kids, and finally settled down in Alberta. I am retired, a grandma and love spending time in my sewing room.
It has been through the prompting of family and friends that I have decided to put my passion to “work” and decided to put my items out there for purchase. I hope I have been able to capture some of the ideas you may like for gifts for the home, whether it be your home or a gift for someone else. Although the items I usually make are for the home, or personal use, the most requested at this time are face masks so I have provided the items currently available and will provide more as needed.
CUSTOM WORK: With the embroidery machine that I have I am able to do many customized items. I can personalize items with your name or company name on them, and may also be able to add some “pictures”. The cost of the custom work will vary according to what is requested.
